Heute laufe ich manchmal wie im Tunnel, mir geht’s nicht gut, Montezumas Rache hat mich erwischt. Die Nacht hab ich schlecht geschlafen und musste öfters die Sanitärbereiche aufsuchen. An der Bar
wo wir frühstücken und auch in den Pausen später, nehme ich nur Tee. Das bekommt mir ganz gut, und bis auf eine Banane am Nachmittag esse ich lieber nichts, den ich habe Sorge das die Verdauung
die vorgesehene Richtung ändert. So schleppe ich mich über den Weg, zum Glück kann ich meine Füsse nach über 1001km auf Autopilot schalten. Heute Abend haben wir ein Privatzimmer nach einem
heißen Bad und einem Schläfchen fühle ich mich viel besser. Wir nehmen zum Abendessen eine galizische Suppe, die nicht nur lecker ist, sondern auch gut bekommt.
Heute hatten wir alle Facetten des Wetters, von Starkregen bis Sonnenschein war alles dabei. Die neuen Schuhe haben ihre Bewährungsprobe bestanden, die sie sind dicht!

Today I sometimes walk like I'm in a tunnel, I'm not feeling well, Montezuma's revenge has caught me. I slept badly last night and had to use the toilets several times. At the bar where we have breakfast and also during the breaks later on, I only drink tea. That agrees with me quite well, apart from a banana in the afternoon I prefer not to eat anything, because I'm worried that my digestion will change its intended direction. So I drag myself along the path, luckily I can put my feet on autopilot after over 1001km. This evening we have a private room, after a hot bath and a nap I feel much better. We have a Galician soup for dinner, which is not only delicious, but also good for you.
Today we had all kinds of weather, from heavy rain to sunshine. The new kurz have passed their test, they are waterproof!
